Dr Melody Ni
Senior Research Fellow (Surgery and Cancer), Imperial College London
Melody is an expert in decision analysis, risk analysis and health technology assessments, with over a decade of experience in optimising design and value proposition of healthcare innovations. Melody currently leads the HTA research stream within the NIHR London in Vitro Diagnostics Co-operative. She has developed tools and methods aimed at accelerating the translation of healthcare innovations to deliver robust and sustainable patient and societal benefits.

Prof Anthony Bull
Professor of Musculoskeletal Mechanics
A leading translational researcher in the mechanics of joints applied to sports, ageing and trauma. Four companies have spun out of his research in the areas of implantable orthopaedic devices, wearables rehabilitation technology, surgical technology, and prostheses.
Prof Markus Perkmann
Vice-Dean (Research and Faculty) for Imperial Business School
Professor Perkmann’s research spans many areas including science-based entrepreneurship as well as entrepreneurship within corporations. In addition to his role as Vice-Dean, he is the academic director of Imperial’s Enterprise Lab and curates a experiential start-up programme across the Business School’s MBA programmes.
