As part the onboarding process of Cohort Two Challenge Led Accelerator programme participants and host consortium higher education institutions received separate award letters and packs to support the disbursement of funds. Participants received an award letter covering the terms of the stipend and of participating in the programme. Host consortium HEIs award pack detailed the terms of the award and included a budget template to support the appropriate administration of the funds.
