Here you will find a report on the outcomes, impact and learnings of the first cohort to go through MTSC accelerator programme. Utilising the knowledge exchange framework and key metrics designed to evaluate MTSC programme it focuses on the flexible management style, shared values and alternative ways of thinking that allowed the programme to see such successes in its first cohort.
