Suruchi qualified as a doctor from Imperial College and during her time there undertook a BSc in Management at the Tanaka Business School, where she gained a first class in a dissertation: “Innovation in the Banking and Pharmaceutical industries.” She began her clinical training at Addenbrookes hospital where she worked in a variety of specialties including Geriatrics, General Surgery, Cardiology, Trauma and Orthopaedics, Psychiatry, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Stroke Medicine and General Practice. During her GP VTS training at Imperial she worked with the Kings Fund, an NHS think tank, to research Innovative practices in the NHS. Suruchi has extensive experience in the world of Digital Surgical Education, she created the Virtual Residency Program, which is helping Residents train in over 150 Surgical Residency Programs in the US. Most recently she has joined Osso VR, a Virtual Reality Surgical Training platform.
